Open up Internet Explorer and select Tools, Internet Options.

 

 

 

 

Click the Content TAB and make sure CONTENT ADVISOR is disabled. If the Button says, “Enable” your content advisor is disabled. If the button says, “disable” click the button to disable the advisor. If it asks for a password to disable the advisor ask your Systems Administrator for the password.

 

 

If you’re your using Internet Explorer 6, click the Privacy TAB and click the ADVANCED button

 

 

Make sure Override automatic cookie handling and allow session cookies is checked

 

Click OK and close all sessions of IE and restart the browser.
